Federal Polytechnic Offa School Fees 2026/2027
If you are searching for Federal Polytechnic Offa school fees 2026/2027, you are probably looking for the exact amount you need to budget for your programme, level and mode of study. This is particularly important for newly admitted students who need to plan for school fees, acceptance fees, registration and other compulsory charges before beginning the academic session.
Federal Polytechnic Offa, commonly called OFFAPOLY or Offa Poly, is a federal government-owned polytechnic located in Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria. The institution offers National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), Pre-ND and other academic programmes.
For the 2026/2027 academic session, several education publications have reported school-fee figures for ND, HND, Pre-ND and part-time students. However, prospective students should understand that figures published by third-party websites are not the same as an official fee schedule issued directly on the Polytechnic’s website.
For this reason, this guide gives the currently reported figures while explaining how to confirm the exact amount applicable to your account through the official Federal Polytechnic Offa portal before making payment.
Important: School fees can change, and additional charges may apply depending on your programme and student category. Always check the amount generated on your official student portal before making payment.
Federal Polytechnic Offa School Fees 2026/2027
The currently reported Federal Polytechnic Offa school fees for the 2026/2027 academic session vary according to programme, level and mode of study.
For full-time students, currently published figures commonly report the following amounts:
| Programme/Level | Reported School Fee |
|---|---|
| Pre-ND | ₦25,700 |
| ND I Full-Time | ₦19,850 |
| ND II Full-Time | ₦13,050 |
| HND I Full-Time | ₦19,850 |
| HND II Full-Time | ₦13,050 |
These figures are reported by current education publications covering the 2026/2027 session. Students are advised to verify their individual bills through the official portal because the amount shown on a student’s portal is more important than a figure copied from a third-party website.
Therefore, if you see a different amount after logging into your Federal Polytechnic Offa student portal, do not automatically assume that the online article is correct. The bill generated for your account should be checked against the latest instructions from the Polytechnic.
How Much Is Federal Polytechnic Offa School Fees?
One of the most searched questions by prospective students is: How much is Federal Polytechnic Offa school fees?
Based on the currently reported 2026/2027 figures, full-time school fees are commonly listed as follows:
- Pre-ND: ₦25,700
- ND I: ₦19,850
- ND II: ₦13,050
- HND I: ₦19,850
- HND II: ₦13,050
These figures should be treated as reported amounts rather than a substitute for the student’s official payment bill. This distinction is especially important because a student’s total financial obligation may include charges that are not always described simply as “school fees”.
For example, a newly admitted student may have to deal with acceptance, registration and other applicable charges in addition to the basic academic fee.
Federal Polytechnic Offa School Fees for ND Students
If you have been admitted into a National Diploma programme, your school-fee obligation will depend on whether you are an ND I or ND II student and whether you are studying full-time or part-time.
Federal Polytechnic Offa ND I School Fees
The currently reported Federal Polytechnic Offa ND I school fees for the 2026/2027 academic session is ₦19,850 for full-time students.
ND I students are usually newly admitted into the National Diploma programme. Apart from school fees, new students should carefully check their admission instructions for acceptance and registration requirements.
It is advisable not to calculate your entire first-year budget using only the ₦19,850 figure because other expenses may arise during registration and throughout the academic session.
Federal Polytechnic Offa ND II School Fees
The currently reported Federal Polytechnic Offa ND II school fees for full-time students is ₦13,050.
ND II students are returning students who have successfully completed the first year of their National Diploma programme and are progressing toward graduation.
Before making payment, returning students should log into the official portal and confirm the bill displayed for their account.
Federal Polytechnic Offa HND School Fees 2026/2027
Federal Polytechnic Offa also offers Higher National Diploma programmes. HND candidates are required to possess an ND in the relevant programme, among other requirements.
For the 2026/2027 session, currently reported full-time HND fees are:

Federal Polytechnic Offa Part-Time School Fees 2026/2027
Students studying through part-time programmes should not assume that the full-time school fee figures apply to them.
Published 2026/2027 figures for part-time programmes show a different structure, with the amount depending on the level and whether the programme falls under Science or Arts.
| Part-Time Programme | Reported Amount |
|---|---|
| ND I Part-Time Science | ₦46,860 |
| ND I Part-Time Arts | ₦43,975 |
| ND II Part-Time Science | ₦27,400 |
| ND II Part-Time Arts | ₦21,900 |
| ND III Part-Time | ₦14,025 |

Federal Polytechnic Offa also runs Pre-ND programmes. The institution’s official website lists Pre-ND options among its programmes.
The currently reported Federal Polytechnic Offa Pre-ND school fees for the 2026/2027 session is ₦25,700.
Students applying for or admitted into Pre-ND should still confirm the current amount and any additional charges through the official payment system before making payment.
Federal Polytechnic Offa Acceptance Fee 2026/2027
The Federal Polytechnic Offa acceptance fee is separate from regular school fees.
An acceptance fee is normally paid by newly admitted students to confirm their acceptance of an admission offer. It should therefore not be confused with the recurring academic charges payable during registration.
Current third-party reports for the 2026/2027 session have reported an acceptance fee of ₦20,000 for ND and HND candidates. However, newly admitted students should confirm the exact amount on their admission/payment portal before paying.
Important: Do not send your acceptance fee to a personal bank account or an unofficial agent simply because someone tells you the payment is urgent. Use the official Polytechnic payment process.
Other Charges to Budget For at Federal Polytechnic Offa
When calculating your total cost of studying at Federal Polytechnic Offa, remember that school fees may not be your only expense.
Depending on your student category and programme, you may need to budget for items such as:
- Acceptance fee
- Registration charges
- Examination-related charges
- Medical or health-related charges
- Entrepreneurship-related charges
- Departmental requirements
- Course materials
- Textbooks
- Printing and photocopying
- Transportation
- Accommodation
- Feeding
- Internet/data expenses
Some published fee breakdowns also report separate charges for NHIS, Entrepreneurship Development Skill Vocational Centre and late registration. These should be confirmed through the student’s official bill rather than treated as universal charges for every student.
Federal Polytechnic Offa School Fees for Fresh and Returning Students
Another common search query is Federal Polytechnic Offa school fees for freshers.
Fresh students should understand that their financial obligations can differ from those of returning students because they may have additional admission and registration requirements.
A returning student, on the other hand, may already have completed some of the one-time requirements associated with first-year admission.
This means that simply asking for “Federal Polytechnic Offa school fees” without specifying your level may not give you the complete picture.
| Student Category | Commonly Reported Full-Time Fee |
|---|---|
| Pre-ND | ₦25,700 |
| ND I | ₦19,850 |
| ND II | ₦13,050 |
| HND I | ₦19,850 |
| HND II | ₦13,050 |
Again, these are reported figures and should be confirmed through the official portal.

Federal Polytechnic Offa 2026/2027 Admission and Fees
The 2026/2027 admission exercise is currently relevant to students searching for the latest Federal Polytechnic Offa information.
The Polytechnic has published its 2026/2027 admission screening information for ND and HND Full-Time programmes. Eligible ND candidates must meet the stated O’Level requirements, upload their results to JAMB CAPS and satisfy the institution’s admission conditions.
The admission screening information also states that ND screening applicants are required to pay a screening fee, while HND applicants have a separate screening fee. These are screening/application charges, not school fees.
This distinction is important because students sometimes confuse the screening fee with the school fee or acceptance fee.
Does Federal Polytechnic Offa Have Different Fees for ND and HND?
Yes. Federal Polytechnic Offa has different programme levels, and the applicable payment can depend on the student’s level and study mode.
The currently reported full-time figures place ND I and HND I at ₦19,850, while ND II and HND II are reported at ₦13,050. Part-time programmes have their own reported fee structure.
Therefore, an ND student should not automatically use an HND part-time figure, and an HND student should not assume that an ND full-time amount applies to them.
Why You Should Confirm Federal Polytechnic Offa Fees Before Payment
Searching Google for Federal Polytechnic Offa school fees 2026/2027 can produce several different figures. This does not necessarily mean that every website is intentionally providing incorrect information.
One reason is that school charges can contain different components, while some websites publish a basic fee and others include additional charges.
Another reason is that fees can be reviewed by an institution from one academic session to another.
For this reason, the safest approach is:
- Read the latest admission or fee announcement from the Polytechnic.
- Log into your official student portal.
- Generate or view your current payment bill.
- Check the amount carefully.
- Pay only through the approved payment channel.
- Save your receipt and payment evidence.
Federal Polytechnic Offa School Fees: What Students Should Know
If you are preparing to study at Offa Poly, do not plan your entire education budget around school fees alone.
Your actual cost of studying will depend on several factors, including where you live, whether you need accommodation, your transportation arrangements and the requirements of your department.
A student living close to campus may spend less on transportation than someone travelling from another town. Likewise, students living outside the campus may need to budget for rent and other accommodation expenses.
For this reason, prospective students should create a complete academic budget before resumption.
